Jungle Spin

A RECIPE FOR FUN! To begin making the Jungle Spin quilt pattern, frame several adorable jungle animals with coordinating, bright jungle prints and solids. Next, add some dimension and spin with lively pinwheel blocks. Finish up by adding a border from the animal print, and voila… you have a winning combination that’s sure to bring a smile to any child’s face!

Supplies:

Yardages based on 42” wide, 100% cotton fabric.

  • 2 -1/8 yards – Jungle animal print (Extra fabric is allowed for matching borders
    and fussy cutting animal squares.)
  • 3/8 yard – Striped zebra print
  • 3/8 yard – Spotted animal print
  • 1/2 yard – Orange fabric
  • 5/8 yard – Green fabric
  • 1/2 yard – Tan fabric
  • 7/8 yard—Blue fabric
  • 1/2 yard—Binding fabric
  • 1—Twin size batting
